As the weekend came to a close, One Love attendees gathered in front Long Beach's Queen Mary shipliner one last time, full of love and full of life, to experience the third and final day of the 2nd Annual festival. After rain and shine, mud and memories, the third day promised to continue the good vibes all the way to the end. With Dirty Heads and 311 headlining, there was no shortage of fantastic music, either! Between a the gates opening and the full moon reflecting off the bay at night, festival-goers also had the chance to see Iya Terra, Perro Bravo, Johnny Love, The Ziggens, The Steppas, Aloha Radio, Mike Love, Katastro, Pacific Dub, Shwayze, Tha Dogg Pound, Anuhea, Long Beach Dub All Stars, and The Wailers playing Legend in full. After three full days of music, this journalist was happy to faceplant head-first into bed, dreaming of next year's festival and wondering in the back of my mind how the 3rd Annual could ever compete with a better lineup, a better time. I guess everyone will just have to wait until next year's announcement, reveling in memories from the first two to hold them over.
